New TEE.Fail Side-Channel Attack Extracts Secrets from Intel and AMD DDR5 Secure Enclaves
Researchers from Georgia Tech, Purdue University, and Synkhronix have introduced a side-channel attack named TEE.Fail that can extract sensitive information from trusted execution environments in processors. This affects Intel's SGX and TDX as well as AMD's Secure Encrypted Virtualization.
